V.O.M RX is made in South Korea by Wooriwa, a company founded in 1947 that began in livestock feed and has produced pet food since 1992. Wooriwa's factory received organic factory certification (Factory Organic Certified) in 2021. Fusion Group imports and exclusively distributes V.O.M RX in Vietnam.

What age is V.O.M RX suitable for?
All formulas are for dogs and cats over 12 months of age. They are not suitable for pets that are growing, pregnant or nursing.

What does "Hypoallergenic" on the packaging mean?
Hypoallergenic refers to a recipe that uses hydrolyzed protein with a molecular size below 1,000 Da, derived from hydrolyzed salmon and hydrolyzed soy protein. Breaking the protein into smaller fragments helps reduce the risk of food allergy and makes the food easier to digest.
What are the main ingredients in V.O.M RX?
The formulas share a common base of rice, hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed salmon, refined chicken oil, refined fiber, beet pulp, flaxseed and fish oil, along with prebiotics (chicory inulin and FOS), vitamins and minerals. Yes, we recommend it. V.O.M RX is a therapeutic support diet, and each formula adjusts minerals, protein and fat for a specific health condition. Choosing the wrong formula, or feeding it to the wrong pet, may not be appropriate. Please consult your veterinarian on which formula to choose, for how long to feed it, and how to monitor your pet regularly.
When should V.O.M RX not be used?
None of the formulas should be fed to pets that are growing, pregnant or nursing. Some formulas carry additional precautions:

Can I feed snacks or other food alongside V.O.M RX?
We recommend keeping them to a minimum. Other food, snacks or wet food can change the amount of minerals, protein and salt that the formula is designed to control. If you need to add anything, ask your veterinarian about suitable types and amounts.

How much V.O.M RX should I feed each day?
Portions depend on your pet's weight, health condition and energy needs, so please follow your veterinarian's guidance and the feeding instructions printed on the packaging. Divide the daily amount into several meals, always provide fresh water, and monitor your pet's weight regularly.
How do I switch my pet to V.O.M RX?
Typically, transition gradually over 7 days:
- Days 1–2: 75% old food + 25% V.O.M RX
- Days 3–4: 50% old food + 50% V.O.M RX
- Days 5–6: 25% old food + 75% V.O.M RX
- Day 7: 100% V.O.M RX

What should I do if my pet refuses to eat or shows unusual signs?
Go back to the previous mix ratio, split meals into smaller portions and keep fresh water available. If your pet vomits repeatedly, has lasting diarrhea, refuses food for more than 1–2 days or seems lethargic, contact your veterinarian right away. For cats in particular, a prolonged loss of appetite should not be left unchecked.

Seal the bag tightly or use an airtight container, keep it out of children's reach, and stop feeding if the kibble shows any signs of spoilage.
