Please carefully read and agree to the following terms of use before accessing, browsing, requesting quotations, consulting, or purchasing our products through the fusiongroup.vn website and eFusion app. By using the services on fusiongroup.vn & the eFusion app, you are deemed to have accepted the terms below. Therefore, before making purchases or using our services, please carefully review these terms:
Any issues, disputes, or complaints, including the exploitation and use of materials, data, and information on the website, shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
I. SUBJECTS GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

- The e-commerce website fusiongroup.vn & eFusion app are owned, operated, and managed by FUSION GROUP Co., Ltd.
2. Service Users
- All legally competent individuals;
- All legally established businesses with demand for purchasing products (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).
II. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED IN TRANSACTIONS
1. Responsibilities and Obligations of FUSION GROUP
1.1. Responsibilities regarding information published on the fusiongroup.vn website & eFusion app
- We provide content and information on this website & app from reliable and accurate sources.
- Product images displayed on the website & app are for illustrative purposes only. We are committed to providing the clearest and most accurate product images possible.
- Product prices displayed on fusiongroup.vn and the eFusion app are applicable for orders placed through the website & app. We strive and commit to updating prices accurately on a daily basis. However, in some cases, prices or product availability may differ from the listed information due to rapid changes in pricing and stock status. Therefore, customers may occasionally encounter inaccurate pricing or product availability information without prior notice. Upon receiving your order request, if there are any changes in product prices or related information, we will contact you directly or notify you via the email address provided.
- Although we believe the published content is accurate and complete, we do not guarantee that all information on this website is entirely accurate. However, we commit to promptly notifying customers of any inaccuracies identified.
1.2. Responsibilities in supplying goods
Fusion Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for supplying goods with the correct quality, quantity, delivery schedule, and other terms as agreed in the purchase order or sales contract signed between Fusion Group Co., Ltd. and the customer.
2. Obligations of Customers
- Provide complete and accurate information requested by Fusion Group Co., Ltd. when conducting transactions.
- Make payment on time as agreed in the purchase order or sales contract signed between Fusion Group Co., Ltd. and the customer.
III. ORDERING GUIDE
1. Customers may place orders with FUSION GROUP through one of the following methods:

2. To help customers purchase products quickly and conveniently through fusiongroup.vn & eFusion app, we provide the following 4-step process:
Step 1: Product Selection
- Products are categorized according to their functions and product groups. Each category is further divided into smaller product groups. Customers may click on the desired category to browse products.
- To view detailed product information, customers can hover over or click on the product image. Product details will immediately appear. Customers can also enlarge product images by clicking on them.
- If customers already know the product name or code, they may use the Search function by entering the product name or code into the Search Box on the website/app. The website/app will display matching search results. Advanced search tools are also available for more accurate and selective product searches.
- After selecting a desired product, customers can click “Buy Now” or the shopping cart icon below the product. The selected products will then appear in the shopping cart.
- To continue shopping, customers may click “Continue Shopping.” Before checkout, customers should review their cart and update product quantities if necessary.
- Customers may also submit orders directly to our online sales department, which is always ready to support consultation and purchasing needs. Alternatively, customers may fill in the order form, print, sign, stamp, and fax it back to us to complete the order using the traditional purchasing method.
Step 2: Select Delivery & Payment Methods
For detailed information regarding delivery methods and payment methods, please refer to the “Payment Methods” and “Shipping Policy” sections.
Step 3: Contract Signing & Order Confirmation (if required)
Upon request from either party, Fusion Group Co., Ltd. and the customer may prepare quotations and/or purchase orders (with automatic quotation and order generation functions as mentioned above), as well as official contracts and liquidation documents if necessary. These documents may be exchanged via fax or express delivery. Both parties shall confirm orders, sign contracts, and return signed copies to each other.
Step 4: Payment & Delivery Confirmation
- After receiving the customer’s order, our staff will directly contact the customer or send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order information.
- Payment procedures: Customers may choose one of the convenient and fast payment methods available and notify us upon payment completion.
- For orders shipped through third-party logistics providers, all packages will be securely sealed to ensure the contents remain unchanged during transportation.
- We will notify customers of the estimated delivery time so customers can prepare to receive the goods.
- Upon receiving the goods from the delivery personnel, customers are requested to carefully inspect the products immediately. If there are any issues related to product type, quality, quantity, or broken seals inconsistent with the purchase order, customers should prepare a written record with the delivery unit/personnel and notify Fusion Group Co., Ltd. immediately for coordinated resolution. In such cases, customers shall bear no responsibility for product changes, loss, or quality/quantity issues occurring during transportation to the customer’s address.
